Orders & Payment

First, double-check that the code is typed correctly and that you entered it before placing the order. Most "not working" cases come down to one of those two.

Some codes also have limits, expiration dates, or product requirements. If you're still stuck, send us a message before you place the order - we'll dig in and figure out what's going on.

Yes - we sell gift cards, and you can apply yours at checkout.

To redeem, enter the gift card code in the gift card or discount field. If the code isn't working or you can't find your card, message us and we'll help you track it down.

Enter your code in the discount field at checkout, and make sure the discount shows up in your order total before you submit payment.

Portal & Account

Head to app.animalbiome.com to create an account or log into the Pet Portal.

For a new account, use the email address you used when you placed your order. To log in, use that same email and your password. Stuck? Message us and we'll help you get in.

Add your pet profile, then choose the sample registration option and enter the Sample ID from your kit. If you hit a snag, message us with your Sample ID handy and we'll help you finish up.

First, check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you used the same email address that's on your AnimalBiome account.
